Mark as Useful This might be a debt collection company. They knew my name and prompted me to wait about a minute, while "my account information was being looked up". A human then answered and said hello and that he was with "CSI" but acted like he had no clue why I was on the line with him.

Mark as Useful said they needed to hear from me or my lawyer as soon as i got the call. It was of the most extreme importance and if i didnt take action he said good "luck to you" in a evil tone his name was gary williams sounded more like middle eastern to me.
